Sexy, gorgeous, and the light is great. I like. only... the shoes are a bit weird to me. But i must say i'm colourblind.

A lot of her texture's are off...
Her shirt looks like it's made of rubber, her skin and eyes look like metal, and her shoes don't seem to have any texture on them at all.

Other than that, the models pretty solid. Maybe draw her eyes in a little bit more (they seem to bulge a little).
It'll be worth checking out some tutorials in making alpha channels and maybe brush up on the lighting. (but hell, even montyoum get's his lighting wrong most of the time.)
