25 vials of Zydrate aka dead people boogies to everyone that worked on this project. These are for selling at the Repo show done by the RKO Army. If you live in New England go see their performances, they also do The Rocky Horror Show.No the blue stuff isn't a liquid.
Yes they do light up by twisting the cap.

Hey! I remembered seeing these a while back, and I was trying to find them again.
I was wondering - how did you hook up LEDs to the caps? I'm trying to do the same to a lightbulb-container I have, and I really just need to figure out where I can find an LED that will fit under the cap. These are so cool!

I really don't remember where I bought them from, a friend of a friend's brother had a wholesale account with sites for rave stuff, I bought them through him like 2 years ago. If you buy a ton of them on most led sites they cost like 10cents a piece. Only problem is that the ones that don't blink are wide and wont fit in the containers I had, so I had to get the blinking ones.
