SAI, actually! I used to use Photoshop a lot, but since I've been spending more time in SAI I've actually started to like it a lot.

It's got its good sides and bad sides. You can get some similar results in photoshop to the shading I use if you play with the brush settings in Photoshop a bit. Usually if you make the opacity dependent on pen pressure in the Brush tab, you can get something that works pretty good.

It takes awhile to get the hang of and you have to find textures yourself (there aren't any defaults). You also have to do any gradients yourself. Or that's what I've noticed so far.
It's small stuff, but depending on your style of art it can be incredibly jarring.
