this looks like it could be a still out of a cartoon, rather than a stand alone peice. you should do a film.

The quills on his back house all kinds of jamming an ECM equipment. They also contain a series of deployable wind-breaks which function like a compact parachute slowing the rate of his decent. It's reall handy if you gotta land from 50 stories up and not make a noise.

It's kinda hard to explain. A lot of the lighting on the character was just knowledge I'd gained from my other works (experience is something you get AFTER you need it). The background however was mainly guess work
