The thing I hate is that I've turned toward more cartooning and I used to be so freaky on detail like this... I want that back but it doesn't seem to be happening for me :\

Give it time baby brudder. I'm sure it will come back. Just take your time. How long did it take you to do this piece? I'm thinking it took longer than 10 minutes or so, and detail such as this takes longer than that, if I'm not mistaken.

I dunno... At that time I was a detail freak, so it probably took me an hour just for that much... Still not satisfied with it to this day.
