This is my sand tutorial for Photoshop. Please keep in mind that I use Photoshop Elements 2.0. Newer versions may have slightly different setups, in which case you will have to look for the equivalent of my instructions.If you have any questions, post here or message me and I'll be glad to answer them.

Assuming "tut" means tutorial, then this a tut.
The writing is the address for the actions you have to use to get to the end result.
For example, you could go to the menu at the top called "Filter" then choose the option "Render" and after that the sub-option "difference clouds"
