This cards effect is:
This card can be used to Ritual Summon any Dragon Ritual Monster from your hand or Deck. Destroy monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. Once per turn: If this card is in your GY, you can banish it, then target 1 card on the field and negate its effects until the end of this turn.You can only activate 1 "Borrel Reload" per turn.
