This is a new custom ritual monster for the rokket/borrel archetype this card can be ritual summoned using a custom ritual spell card called "Borrel Reload"

This cards effect is:
You can Ritual Summon this card with "Borrel Reload". While this card is face-up on the field Dragon monsters you control cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. If this card was Ritual Summoned using "Rokket" monsters only, it gains the following effect: Negate any of your opponent's card effects that would move a card in the Graveyard to a different place. If this card is destroyed by battle or card effect, you can Special Summon 2 "Rokket" monsters from your GY.
