I would have to agree but the picture is very well done. The only thing I would suggest is add some stark lighting to the area where Medic is hiding and you wouldn't even need to add the long shadows out where Sniper is lurking. Very nice all in all!

I think that the main problem here is the lack of deep shadow. Yes, you defined the shadow, but, for lack of better terminology, they're very small shadows, as if the area is EXTREMELY brightly lit. It also looks flat in areas, such as the gloves. The gradient just... ends, leaving them looking embossed rather than three-dimensional. There's not much of a shadow behind his head, again taking away from the depth. There's color bleeds around your outline, and the outline itself is a little bit messy in places, sort of sketchy.

A bit of light reflection in the eyes, over the pupils and irises both, would have given them some texture. They seem slightly flat. Also, the medic symbol looks like you forgot to shade it. The shiny parts of this, by the way, look to be about the same glass as the cloth. It looks like, overall, you did this rather quickly, and it suffered for it.

Now, that aside, I do like it. Your anatomy is spot- on, and despite the critiques I gave on the face earlier, I like it for what it is- the style. I only gave that long, harsh critique 'cause you kinda asked for it. The drawing, in and of itself, is good, and I like the blood muchly.
