There is something special about long exposures when they are done right, and this one is done perfectly.
The dark rocks in the foreground and the island in the background help highlight the lighter water and sky.
The smokey effect of the water is captured nicely and it compliments the image making it feel more mysterious as well as more appealing.
Very nicely captured scenery. Yes some of the rocks are under exposed, but honestly we can just skip that detail quite simply because the scene itself is much more interesting then the small detail that may have gotten lost in those darker spots.

Thank you for the wonderful critique I'm glad the rocks weren't too much of an issue as I was a bit up and down about if I should pull more detail from them
