Now onto Graye~

I have been in a real kick with this ship as of late, and I have just been drawing a lot of them. It might be because Greg is a real sap when it comes to his boyfriend, and Raye is a little rough around the edges. I am just a real sucker for the softie and the angy kek. Now I am not one for actual tsunderes, and I mean the clearly abusive ones that the protagonist should never consider getting with... However, light tsunderes I am alright with as long as they are written well.

Well light tsunderes are my inspiration for Raye and the romantic side of his personality (I guess his personality all around could be considered tsundere like pfft)

As for Greg, the romantic side of his personality isn't really inspired from anything. His kindness and goofy nature just naturally extends from his core personality. Greg is a really friendly and outgoing guy, and this gives him a charismatic charm.

So as for their dynamic

Let's start with personality descriptions.

Gregory-
Gregory is friendly and compassionate.
He is very kind in nature, as well as soft and attractive.
People feel comfortable around him because of his warm and inviting aura.
Towards other people he is generally kind and personable.
Gregory has a tendency to be overprotective and overbearing, of course, he has the best intentions, but most of the time he annoys his brothers with how smothering he can be.
Raye-
Raye comes off as an indifferent, moody "asshole".

He doesn't put up with shit and will more than likely deck a person if they disrespect him.

Raye is also known for being rash and not thinking things through too often.

He prefers to be on his own and has proven to be self-sufficient.

His antisocial behavior, however, has made him very socially awkward... and he doesn't know how to respond to normal situations most of the time…

When he is in situations of emotional vulnerability, he tends to lash out in fear of being taken advantage of (or hurt again). He believes that showing any sort of emotion, other than anger, is a sign of weakness, and he believes such weakness will always be used against him.

So to start, Raye lashes out in response to his emotional vulnerablity. He knows emotional pain, and doesn't make these connections with people in fear of going through that pain again... he says that emotions are a weakness but it's all an elaborate shield to hide his feelings... because of this, he yearns for a warm presence again...

This is where Gregory comes in. Greg is warm and gentle; his aura is inviting as stated before. After he warms up and gets attached to someone, he makes it a priority to show them only the finest of TLC. Small examples of his care are warm hugs, and providing freshly made food. (He doesn't look it, but he can cook really well, despite being an angel).

Greg fills that void in Raye in a different way. Greg provides a tenderness left behind by a certain loved one... he doesn't realize it at first, but when he does, he tries to push Greg away. He doesn't understand just what Greg makes him feel, and he doesn't wanna admit he really likes it... but when he does accept it he finds himself much happier than before. He doesn't really change attitude wise (towards others), but he is much more open to Gregory. (He trusts Greg, thus he relays all his feelings to the angel 7w7)
