Very nice looks exactly like what i would have drawn if tasked with drawing a retro light star fighter.
I especially like the canopy and the half geebee r3 style tail. Although the perspective on the right canard looks a tad off.

The nose looks like the head of "The Alien" !!!
I like the lines... but I'm always curious: what does it use for propulsion and weapons?
(I'm not too worried about if it is rockets and 20 mm guns or repulsors and Romulan disruptors. But I feel naming some details can add to the idea.)

Well, I'll tell ya'... this is the fantasy part. As the name states, it's an aether rider... so it soaks up aether, or ether, and then by using that magical device called imagination, that's what it uses as propulsion! I still have to develop the mechanics of it, but trust me when I say that it's fun.
It only has a couple of guns on the nose right now (ol' slug throwers, nothing fancy) but this model could also be used as a racer if unarmed.

Uh, I forgot to ask: the wings make it pretty clear that it is made for atmospheric flight. Does it also work in space?
