"The guys at Concord started calling it the 'Phantom'. First reports started coming in from the fringes of Gallente space some months ago. Tales of a craft of unknown origin prowling the space lanes are, of course, nothing new, but with the reported presence of possible Sleeper drones spotted this side of wormhole space, well, that had everyone on an increased state of alertness. Still, no one payed any particular attention to those reports about this Phantom, until that distress signal. Pirates, and Serpentis scum of all things, were screaming into their coms about some ship they'd never seen before ripping them to pieces, and then... nothing. By the time Concord got there, all they found was debris.

Shortly thereafter, a holopic popped up from a supposed Fed Intel source, stating that the Phantom was not only very real, but was actually somewhere in Gallente space all along. Whatever that thing is, it seems to be lurking out there..."

Let's play with the idea of smaller modular ships. Tech 3 ships for all... >
