Update 10/20/21 I think this one might be finished now!

This one is progressing but is still a work in progress, however I kinda like how its going so I'm gonna post it up here even though its not done quite yet. I kinda started this one to get out of my comfort zone a bit, since I don't paint human people much. I know I CAN draw and paint humans...its just not something I've ever been super confident about.

I also thought it could be good to do some arts with sort of a children's book illustration vibe, because I would kinda of like to start looking for illustration work if I can find any, once the horse barn I work at shuts down for good, and I thought it might be nice to have some samples that show the full range of my abilities and style.

At the moment I'm still working at the barn, but there are only 3 horses now and my schedule is getting so that its really unpredictable as my boss's is also and I am doing my best to support her through this all as I know its hard on her. Due to this I hate to start looking for other work quite yet. That and I'm occupied a lot of the time now with trying to introduce our two new kitties to my old kitty. I've not made too much progress as of yet on that front but I am dedicated to it and trying to be patient!<3

anyways I'm hoping things will all fall into place when the time comes, I feel like they will and I'm doing my best to trust my feelings
