The mouth is WAY too far from the nose. x.x And the hat I think hangs waaay too tight but still has that many folds...its weird...
And also, the chin looks really manly like for some reason.
The rest is fine I think. Good job on the shading! o.o

Naoki was in my dream a few nights ago, you know? He was giving away autographs at school, his dad came to see what everyone was like, and wouldn't let him come 'cause he didn't like everyone... He waved to you, me, and some other buddies in this weird way and you were like "That's Naoki's dad all right!"
