Dear Diary,
I have been crying again,
Ink runs down the pages,
Mascara and pen.

I can only tell you,
My invisible friend,
My heard is broken,
I don't think it will mend.

Nothing's going right,
It's all terribly wrong,
I have been crying
For far too long.

Days blur in the dark,
I cannot wake,
My prince isn't coming
To take me away.

It's just me, alone,
With an empty book,
I live among ghosts,
Take a look.

We are all drifting
Under this dead roof,
We say we are living
Without any proof.

All that's left
Is what I write
In these pages
Every night.
