ShadowKira In reply to Carmen-the-Giraffe [2007-02-13 00:36:09 +0000 UTC]
Oh, yes, the dropper tool can take color from any picture as long as its on the same page you're working on ^.^ I'm glad to hear that

ShadowKira In reply to MikotoNui [2007-02-11 16:16:43 +0000 UTC]
I do that in MS Paint too, you just draw the lines where you want your shading to be and then use the bucket tool

It looks awesome!
Also, ive been wondering this, whats a tablet?

ShadowKira In reply to scorch0108 [2007-01-06 02:25:04 +0000 UTC]
A tablet is a device you can connect directly to your computer that allows you to draw with a 'pen' instead of the mouse. It's very useful with digital work

how do you get such even looking lineart? Is the picture originally really big and then you shrink it some or what?
great first try btw! Its easy to follow and keeps things simple!

ShadowKira In reply to sukiafire [2006-12-09 18:36:03 +0000 UTC]
Well most of the time I take pictures that I've drawn by hand and convert them to a file type and black and white mode I can work with for coloring them. But the ones that I draw directly on MS Paint are sometimes pretty big and then I do resize them a little, this picture was an example of a hand drawn one that I converted over. Thanks ^.^

When I scan my (Hand-Drawn) Pictures on to my computer, then go to edit in paint, it's hard, because each pixel has to be a single shade off the next. So how could I make it all the same shade, without destroying the picture?
P.S. Love the Pic of Top, Sokka, and Momo!

ShadowKira In reply to KyokoT [2006-12-09 19:59:13 +0000 UTC]
Hmmm Well... it's hard because to work on paint everything has to be alll pixelated and that means you have to convert it to a black and white file, do you have any other Photo manip. or art programs?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
KyokoT In reply to ShadowKira [2006-12-10 01:34:47 +0000 UTC]
Nope. I don't have any money to buy them
^-^; I like your Icon by the way ^^
