So this is of 's character Duma |O I used to keep track of her work for a long time. I never really talked to her because I didn't feel close to her level yet. Now you know, why the heck not? She ended up leaving the internet as far as art for a long time, I thought I wouldn't be able to see her stuff again. So, this is thank you for coming back where I can see you.. oh god!! your art is so awesome!.. the pose is fantastic and the expression fits really well... i remember Duma i used to follow all the art years back on 'the lion king fan art archive' i had no idea Dezzoi was the creator of Duma and iv been watching her account here on DA for some time now, she was the whole reason i drew so much as a kid thanks so much for making this or id never know!..

I love the pose! It's so expressively dynamic. I think it fits very well with Duma's expression. I also just really enjoy the overall composition, with the white and black panels in the back and the roughed in shadow, the blue adds a refreshing touch that brings the more earthy tones of Duma to life. : ) And wow! Thanks for linking to ~Dezzoi 's gallery, some amazing work there!! Going to watch them right away. ^^

Thanks a lot Landy! I don't think I would have uploaded it without the panels, that just sort of completes it ^^ I did quite a bit of experimenting with the colors, haha. Thanks, yes she sure does have an awesome gallery! : )

I'm sure we will manage to draw together one day- maybe if not on the same picture at the same time, someone can start the picture, the other continues and so on^^ I should still finish one commission though.. my commissioner waits long enough for his picture already
