If you're gonna complain about the humanoids from Godzilla's tail not being 5th forms, think of something that's a bit more logical. Another Godzilla might shed out of the ShinGoji body, possibly, but that's concept art. We don't know EXACTLY how the (possible) sequel to Shin Gojira would play out. Until then, the humanoids are the 5th Form Evolution process...
I find it interesting that the evolutions of Godzilla in Shin Gojira match the dominant species from different time periods of prehistoric earth, excluding the Cambrian, Ordovician and Silurian Periods:
Pre-First Form: Microorganisms (Precambrian)
First Form: Fish
(Devonian)
Second Form: Amphibian
(Carboniferous)
Third Form: Reptiles
(Permian-Late Triassic)
Fourth Form: Saurian-like
(Late Triassic-Cretaceous)
Fifth Form(?): Humanoids
(Quaternary-Present)
