I recently got hold of this model, but I did make some extra adjustments to it, which does include extra color options.

Yes there is, all you have to do
is change the color in PMDEditer
to whatever color you like.

Did you apply the blue texturrs on Luma as well? The blue textures works like spas but on a different way...If you want me to apply it I can do for you...But I am unsure if Luma does use spas in game unlike the other playable characters

didn't put it in the DL. Someone just
wanted the normal model.
