Haha thanks. I make these in Adobe Illustrator. Years and years of practice. That's what you need for anything, really.
And nah, thanks anyway though. I like to name my characters myself.
And no, this is not the last sheet. I plan to make many more characters in the future, plus you can check out my gallery to see lots of other Paper Mario related art and characters.

Okay, I don't mind you saying no. It's your creation. And I have looked at your whole gallery, it's really good! I will take a look at Adobe Illustrator, I want to do something similar, yet different than what you did. Thanks for letting me know!
