Description I can't believe that it has taken me 3 years to actually finish (and start) drawing something!
What we have here is a galaxy sized piece of mega-engineering, with custom configurable space for military production, research and accommodation. This structure also contains at its centre an up-scaled version of the Ultromega weapon found on the largest ships. This Judgement Cannon is designed to take pot-shots at other galaxies, firing its apocalypse beams from hundreds of billions of smaller cannons with each one tageting every single individual star and planet and everything else within the target galaxy, annihilating the whole thing, and anything unlucky enough to be caught within, from the inside out.

I'm not so sure about the physics behind this concept, but I really like your use of light and glow effects in this. Have a llama.

If you want a bit of physics to make the concept plausible (and I am a physicist!) you can use compression and expansion waves of space time to allow any possible causal connections in the superstructure (though not all parts require a causal connection as on local scales the whole thing needs to have its own self sufficiency) and bending and compressing space reduces the time of flight for any energy transfer between any power generators (and the power is another thing, but is consistent with the extended physics in the lore of the film/graphic novel). Much like how a warp bubble can be used to transport a ship (see Alcubrie metric) you can use a partial bubble of sorts to send packets of energy that allows some partial leakage, itself fully designed to burst once it has reached the target. Although from an image perspective the time required to see it fire is significantly large, the plan is for a lot of the more sophisticated scenes to have a simulated view, i.e an interconnected array of ships and structures sensors allow any target craft to update their viewports in order to get a much more current view of where things are for improved tactical efficiency. If you don't mind the fluff . Thanks for the llama!
