Look what a bird flew to dine in front of my balcony! I had never seen such birds in my city before! Who is it?

I learned that both of these species of birds are found in my city, but there are very few of them. I think its Eurasian Sparrowhawk, the size is more similar to it.

I thought peregrine falcons are bigger. This bird is the size of a hooded crow.
