Description
Personality: She is shy yet observant, she likes having lots of friends, but wishes she just had the will to get so many, sometimes she worries that things will get out of hand, even having too many friends, what if two of them conflict and start to make people choose sides and start throwing doubts all over the place, maybe a few fallacies here and there... After any long day, she loves to relax a float on water, for which she has multiple hidden gills and lungs, so she doesn't mind being in the water or being above the water. She's afraid of heights.

Physical stuff: she has fine smooth skin, grab her anywhere and you'll surely slip, except for the undersides of her feet. She is a very very fast swimmer.

Abilities:
Water manipulation = Controls the position water and its state.
Weight change = Can manipulate her own weight and the weight of objects she touches, this allows her to float on water, in any way she likes.
Regeneration = Self explanatory
