Style wise, this is not very impressive, cloud was much better in design, but in terms of ideas, Cyclear has a few weird powers, somewhat illusionary...

Abilities: Ability to make things seem, feel or look, faster or bigger than they really are.. This might not seem like much in combat, but it forces someone to mentally strain themselves on trying to keep up with something that isn't actually that fast, it makes foes over-avoid his attacks since they look bigger and move faster than what's really there.

Personality: Impossible to charm or seduce, he simply has no interest in it at all, he stays quiet a lot of the time and likes being respected and referred to as a silent killer or the silent one.. he's silent in more ways than one, not only does his lips stay silent, so does his heart... aside from silence, he is prideful, sometimes displays anger when he doesn't truly feel all that much of it and hides positive emotions, whenever he feels them.

Likes: Being assigned to kill someone, with a reason that would bring both glory and fear to himself and the person/dragon who assigned him, communication through staring and motions, meditation.. sort-of.

Dislikes: Having to yell or talk for a very long time with no breaks, failing to kill someone, though, he never stops trying.
