Or maybe it's just one of many names.

She doesn't have a lot of power, but she is incredible at managing and controlling any power that is given to her or that she obtains, making it more efficient and powerful... This might be because she represents a third force to the forces of good and evil, a sort of neutral and pure force, forged by old sages and wizards of the past. (Wizardry does exist, look at ninetales' sapphire dex entry)
