It's rougher than the work you do today but it's recognizably yours. Most of the parts I like were there even then. Especially the way you do expressions.
And on a less artsy note, your ratio of breast size to pregnancy size really works.

The breast to belly ratio has varied a lot in my drawings, though. I don't think I have settled on a definitive ratio yet.

Pregnancy art I often see here on DA does the belly in such a way as to make the breasts an afterthought, like fried eggs sitting on top. You seem to have figured out how to give both room. I like that.
