Very nice picture. The scene was so sad, and I think you captured Valka's horror very well.
Some constructive criticism below:
Valka's head shape is a bit unusual so that might've thrown you off, but her right cheekbone is too high in your picture. She has very pronounced cheekbones so the face should be the widest below the eyes, if you check the picture (I'm referring to the screenshot in one of your WIP pictures).
The eyes are different, but if it's your style, I think they are fine - you don't need to copy the picture exactly.
The eyebrows, however could use a bit better placement. Specifically the left one is too close to the center is you compare it to the right one. They should be the equal distance from the centre. It's easy to check it if you compare the nose with the gap between the brows - they should match.
Also I should point out that the mouth is too small. The shape is good but it should be overall a little bigger.
Human faces are admittedly very hard to do - only after some six years of almost nonstop drawing do I find myself being able to draw a character recognisably.
Drawing from pictures is a good practice, so keep it up! However, tutorials and practice on drawing real life people is often necessary as well. I find that it helps to grasp the actual shapes of things. Then, when you are able to draw realistic humans, you'll see how easy it is to do cartoon ones! Grab a book on anatomy or something from the library. There are one specifically for artists, and they do help.
Maybe you already knew this, but you know....
So, anyway, don't take my comment too seriously, it's here in case you want to improve. But it's not necessary for you to change this picture - just things to keep in mind when making a new one
Keep up the good work! Hope the long comment didn't scare you, it isn't meant to be angry :-D

Im still in stages of improving my human anatomy (I draw humans rarely) so its a bit slow going. But once again, Thanks
