I figured it out during the 1st coon and friends meeting. Mysterion was the only one who's face was hidden, I was like "That's Kenny."

Kenny's being strangled by Kyle's kite tail! And Kyle doesn't realize it!

Cartman called Kenny to be Mysterion, not the Coon, the Coon called Kyle to be Mysterion. Ironically when Kyle as Mysterion unmasked himself Coon said "I new it was you, I even said it before!" In the deleted scene it showed Kyle as Mysterion but the REAL Mysterion showed up to his cell and had a conversation. the Real Mysterion unmasked himself to Kyle, even in the season 14 3-part series with Mysterion, Kyle even said "Dude, Kenny, chill out!" which was when we knew who Mysterion was.
I did this research, and I doubt anybody really even payed much attention to this, but I thought I'd share it.

i saw the deleted scene too. i just guessed kenny was mysterion in "the coon" because it seemed to me like he would be the least likely to be mysterion.
