I can definitely tell compared to the rest of your gallery, you are trying new techniques with this picture. I enjoy the dynamic you're going for with the perspective and pose of the character. However, I feel as though you could have pushed it more to make it more dynamic.

Looking at references always helps when it comes to poses and anatomy. And I would've suggested to look closer to how the arms/shoulders are shaped. I understand you were going more for a stylized character so I wont focus on rambling about anatomy too much.

Shading with black is usually a big no-no. In this picture, the harsh black shading makes it look like her hair has black roots that fade to white tips rather than very dark, dynamic shading like you were going for. When shading white coloured objects, it is usually suggested to use blue-grays as shading. Having said that, even just using a dark shade of green would have done well as shading instead.

I also see in your process picture you started off with filling in the general idea of your shading before getting to the colouring process (at least that's how it appears in the deviation), which is definitely a good habit to get into for pictures such as this, as to not distract yourself with the base colours when shading.

As well, using 'true white'( #ffffff) and 'true black'(#000000) as colours usually are a bit too harsh and 'unrealistic', as it were, even for stylized pictures like this.
