In that case, though I'm sure you'd heard this before.. practice practice, then take a break, then practice more~

The process of it may suck, but your results will gradually get better if you do.
It also helps a lot to look at other artists, and see how they do certain things; then you can start by going off of them and gradually forming your own style ^^
