This is the main team of Star Fox in Planet New Hope. From left to right: Alexander Starfield, Fox McCloud, Krystal and Sapphire Mason.

Fox McCloud and Krystal don’t need introduction. Krystal was accidentally teleported to Planet New Hope while scanning a warp pad in Sauria (Dinosaur Planet) and met new friends in Sanctuary Island. Once she returned to Corneria, Krystal and Fox went out on a date and were attacked. Looking for safety, the duo traveled to Planet New Hope and are now working for Nomad Enterprises as pilots and escorts.

Sapphire Mason is a Cornerian pilot the same age as Krystal. She was turned into a Cerinian against her will since Director Firestone, the boss of Cornerian Intelligence, wanted to create agents with the same telepathic powers as Krystal. She was rescued by Star Fox and joined them.

Alexander Starfield was a medical researcher in a space station until Director Firestone forced everyone to work for him. He was forced to turn Sapphire into a Cerinian and feels bad about it. He helped Star Fox stop Firestone’s plans and decided to join Star Fox. Alex has feelings for Sapphire and she corresponds them.
