Back in the Practice Dimension, Cesar was teaching Cedric the importance of tactics and how to make plans.

“If you had the command of a few troops, and you had to move to a certain place, what will you do?”

Cedric scratched his chin and thought for a few minutes, until he gave opinion.

“Well, I’m no soldier, but, in general terms, I’ll have scouts ahead the main force and had a rearguard to protect the main body from a rear attack. I’ll also tell the soldiers to have their eyes peeled and to make as little noise as possible.”

Cesar nodded. “Those are good general ideas, Cedric. I’m glad you’re understanding the basics of making plans. Now, I’ll explain a few more examples before your uncle Richard arrives.”
