Started this a few weeks ago and just finished it today. It was my first attempt at digital painting and seriously using a tablet. I think the statue came out well, although I don't like the buildings in the background so much, but overall I like the picture.Related content

There wasn't really a story, it was just a huge monster attacking a city, awesome if you ask me.

If you do a search on here there are some quite accurate drawings of the monster, its not bird like at all, more lizard.

I loved the movie but a lot of people hated it. A giant monster attacking a city, huge explosions, people running for there lives, whats not to like. I liked the fact that it was made to look like someone had recorded all the events, made it seem more realistic, well it did for me anyway.
