OMG THE SHADING LOOK AT THAT SHADINGThis piece of awesomeness is Scootaloo as portrayed in Kkat's even more awesome fanfiction Fallout: Equestria. (Seriously. There's fanfiction of this fanfiction.) In F:E, Scootaloo was the first pegasus to follow Rainbow Dash in rebelling against the Grand Pegasus Enclave. These pegasi are branded with the likeness of Dash's cutie mark and banished groundside.
Edit: Scoots' cutie mark (under the brand, that is) was created by the ever-awesome .
