So this is my new Bleach OC, Rin, created for 's contest ( ) :3

Description : (using )

-Basics:
-Name: Rin
-Age: Unknown, but looks ~26
-Race: Shinigami
-Birthday: February 29th
-Gender: Female
-Height: 186cm
-Blood Type: B

-Relationship: none

-Current Affiliation: none

-Previous Affiliation: Gotei 13

-Division: 11th (her brother was lieutenant in the 10th division)

-Seat: lieutenant

-Relatives: Twin brother (deseased)

-Education: Was the previous captain's apprentice, because the twins (and some others) had to be continuously kept under watch and control.

-Appearance: Rin's skin is tanned and marked by four scars (left eyebrow, forearm and thigh + torso) and two circular 'double-tatoos' on her left arm ('top arm' and wrist). She has got uneven shoulder-length hair, as black as her torn shinigami uniform. Her eyes are golden, and so are the bracelet around her left ankle and her brother's brooch holding the top of her uniform.

-Personality: Reckless, agressive and frank, Rin has always hated having to much people around her and is easily irritated. After the 'incident', she somehow developped her patience and she now manages to remain perfectly silent when needed, which means mostly when she decides to hunt someone. But the downside is that it also made her unable to trust anyone. Apart from that, she is loyal and would do anything to keep her promises and her loved ones safe (when she had some).

-Vengeance is her current goal so she developped an interesting body and mind resistance along with a nearly psychotic determination, which keeps fear far behind.
-Strangling is her favorite way of killing opponents when engaged in a hand-to-hand fight.
-Left handed, Rin loves playing with her opponents' thoughts by acting as if she was right-handed (hand that she uses pretty well too) and will then look them in the eye while pretending to be about to cut their throat. In fact, she simply waits for them to beg for their life before actually doing it. (1)
-She doesn't use shunpo because she feels more in control when she counts on her speed and agility, which enable her to dodge frontal attacks quite easily.

-Zanpakuto: Kage no Seijaku (the shadow's silence)

-Release Command: Smother!

-Shikai: When released, Rin's zanpakuto instantly (and fully) dissipates into a asphyxiating black smoke which slowly seems to desappear. But it doesn't : the smoke only merges with her shadow. During the dissipation, a long, high and crazy laughter echoes directly in the head of everybody being in a circle of 2-3 meters around Rin :Seijaku's laughter of anticipation.

-Bankai: none

-Zanpakuto's Personality: Seijaku is basically evil and her thirst for fights and blood never seems to come to an end. The fox-eared soul with the long deep-black hair and hysteric laughter only respects and obeys Rin, who is the only person who doesn't fear her...

-Sealed Form attacks: Rin can create living clones made of 'flesh and bones', material replicas of herself, which fight like her (though they don't have a zanpakuto and only use physical strength), starting from a piece of her clothes, hair, etc. (This partly explains her torn uniform → she chose to use the left part first, to free her most powerful arm)(2)

-Shikai attacks:
-usual frontal attacks using physical strength
-the black smoke (Seijaku) makes the enemies suffocate by going straight to their respiratory system and veins to block them. They die shortly after, in terrible pain, as the smoke cuts the blood circulation. Depending on her mood (and her owner 's will), Seijaku can choose to obstruct only a precise part of the other's body or directly the blood's way to his brain. When she is really pissed, the smoke feels like volcanic ashes burning their flesh, chest and eyes.
-strong healing technique : Seijaku, in her released form (the smoke), can switch places with Rin's missing or damaged cells. (3)

Rin and her brother were (re)born more than 200 years ago, during the war opposing Shinigamis and Quincies. From the beginning, the ones who were supposed to be their allies didn't fully trust them, since their origins remained unknown and their powers and temperament tended to obliterate any kind of authority directed toward them.
Yet, the Quincies became such a threat that when the Shinigamis decided to proceed to a purge, the twins were put in the front line. Of course, their abilities enabled them to decimate a good part of their enemies by themselves and stay alive long enough to see the war being won by their army.
However, their behavior reinforced the Shinigamis' thoughts that they were to dangerous and unpredictable, as they actually wished that they would be 'erased' during the fights. Scared that the twins could get out of control, the new government (the Gotei 13) decided to give them the rank of lieutenants, to keep an eye on them both. Rin was affiliated to the 11th division (divisions of assassins) while her brother joined the 10th (military). During the next century, nothing really happened, until that particular day : A week before the event, Rin's brother killed a shinigami and seriously wounded two others after overhearing them talk about Rin in an inappropriate and degrading way. Yamamoto saw it as the ultimate opportunity to get rid of both Rin and her brother, knowing that she wouldn't just look at him dying without getting involved too. That is why, few days later, Rin ended up seeing her brother led toward the summit of a cliff, were stood a giant halberd : the Sokyoku. By chaining her to several pillars with anti-reiatsu materials, they made her watch her brother being executed. He was the first Sokyoku's victim, which later became the official punishment reserved for Shinigamis recognized as dangerous criminals. As expected, Rin entered an unprecedented fury. The chains broke under the terrifying strength of her anger, and her reiatsu got so intense that it reduced all the vegetation surrounding her to dust. She then released Seijaku, who instantly killed the shinigamis that enchained her, the ones that led her brother to his death and created a dark and impenetrable spherical barrier around the twins, long enough for Rin to catch her brother's body and vanish. This was the last time Rin used a shunpo and the only time Seijaku didn't laugh before annihilating an entire area.
When they were far from Soul Society and the traitors, Rin stopped to stretch out her brother against a tree trunk and ordered Seijaku to cure him. But it was to late.
Since that day, her only goal is to become strong enough to obliterate the ones whom she has never forgiven, no matter what she'll have to do.(4)

Good points concerning the contest~

(1) She could also hunt people and other things for 's OC Chidokeshi Hijoshiki and stop at this point to bring him the prey so that he can 'play' with him. She could decide to obey him if he agrees to interrogate the prisonner about the one that ordered to murder the twins and made Rin's twin brother killed. In fact, she could even become her 'slave' and let him torture her for the same reasons.
(2) This means a great amount of possible experiments and useful 'handymen'.
(3)Heals pretty fast -depending on how bad she's been injured of course-
(4)Her determination and anger are so strong that being hurt/tortured/used isn't even a problem for her, as long as she gets to become the beast that will be able to avenge her brother by destroying every shinigami that separated them. So she absolutely won't refuse to become 'Chidokeshi's little slave'.
