I Screamed into the night,
But no aid came to my plight,
Lightning flashed around me,
Drowning sea of light.
Fell to my knees,
Before the ground,
All was lost,
Never to be found.

Gone was my will to fight,
Fate had it's way,
Married another,
Though it never felt right.
'Where are you now?'
I whisper with my last breath,
Finally I hear your reply,
'Right here, where I have always been."
