Yep....it's Konan in a witch outfit, just in case anybody was wondering....Yes! Halloween is just around the corner, and I am so freaking happy. i'm going to be the witch Dorothea, from Karoi Yuki's manga, Ludwig Kakumei (aka, The Ludwig Revolution)!! YAAAAAY! OCTOBER!!!
