When trouble brews, a hero shall come forth
Charging fearlessly into the fray
On foot…
Oh dear, the steed has been misplaced again
Now where did he park it again?
Never mind, charge forth bravely
Only to trip over the scabbard
Tangled and entwined within legs
To fall flat upon your face
Dignity… regain thine footing
Draw the sword and lo and behold
He has drawn his belt along with it
Thy britches art arranged around thy ankles
Oh how embarrassing …
Unsheath thy sword (take two)
Breeches settled? Yes.
Aha! I shall save you!
Clang! thy visor hast come down
Over thy eyes
Egads! I’ve gone blind

Now I ask you truly
Is this what you want
Rescuing you from plight?

*laughs* why thank you. It's just a visual I got from a piece by the Ladymuse. She made a comment on a hero coming to save someone, or in this case not saving someone; this is the picture that popped into my head. It's the "Aha, I am here to save you....where did everyone go?" *Laughs*
