Bio-This is Ice Storm, a Cold One who rebelled against the other Cold Ones and fled his city, removing the distinctive, pupil-less eyes that the Cold One's have, and having an intense hatred towards Redoran and Frost.Likes-Ice, making Frost and Redoran feel like idiots, snow, and anything that deals with Frost receiving pain, Icy.
Dislikes-Fire, heat, electricity, every Cold One except Icy and himself, anything that deals with positive emotions
Powers-Creating ice, bringing snow storms, flight, Master of deduction and calculation, able to clone himself by freezing himself in solid ice
Weaknesses-energy extractors, heat waves, light, and electricity
Trivia-Frost and Redoran were his two best friends before the dark day arrived when he rebelled. Ever since, he has sought to kill them
