An Orion Spur Alliance Heavy Trooper, who has more destructive equipment and heavy weapons, such as rotary blasters and grenade launchers, even mortars. But they have slighly heavier armour than the standard. However the Combat Engineer is meant for more infantry-based anti-tank/anti-air engagements, with rocket/missile launchers, hand-held Infantry-Calibre Railguns, mortars (more so than heavy troops), with Combat Engineers even piloting small mechs.
