Well, this was done back in August 2010 for the 5th pack ("Alterego") of the portuguese artgroup Enektor, that was only released now.You can see all the works of this great pack here: [link]

The alterego (represented by the hands and mouth) is controlling the mind (represented by the brain) of the "original" person/personality (represented by the man). The "original" person starts to lose "space" in his own mind, fading and leave the alterego to take control.
