This was something I had been working on for Valentine's day, but I ran out of time because I made 2 batches of delicious red velvet cupcakes instead, and so this sat aside for a while.I don't know what is happening. I just wanted to draw frilly, lacy, corset saddle halter ponies. And who better to assist Earth Angel in the art of the dress than Rarity herself? Rarity's outfit design is credited to Lauren Faust herself ( fav.me/d4axe3o ), while Earth Angel's outfit is just something I made up. EA's hurr is all did too. I was going to make Rarity's hair something special as well, but let's be honest... Rarity's hair is already pretty dang fabulous.
Hey, isn't Earth Angel supposed to be a pegasus? Two words, my frands: wing binding.
Spike is spike. My friend's white dragon character is modeled after the dragon statue seen here: img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20… and I will be making a reference sheet for him eventually because I think it's a neat design and there needs to be more MLP dragon OCs.

Spike looked at them all gazed, surprised, and blushed, not sure how to react.
He then whispered,"Rocky Spark, who's the girl that's with Rarity?"
The dragon, all blushed uttered," hey, actually, I know her. Her name is Cutie Pie. We were friends in high school. Last I heard, she became a perceptional dancer, but I've never seen her wearing this kind of outfit, dancing to this kind of music."
"Aw, just great."
"What's wrong?"
"I've been in love with Rarity for four years, and now I just found someone better than her."
"I never thought I would say this," said Rarity," but I do like your style in clothing."
"Why thank you Rarity," responded Cutie.
"Well, I wonder how Pinkie will react to all of this?" Asked Rocky.
"Why would she care?" Demand Spike.
"Well... they are cousins."
"Wait! There what now?!"

This is actually really funny, because when I first made Earth Angel (the cream colored pony) her name was Cutie Patootie. Sounds a lil' like Cutie Pie to me!
Also, I have a joke in my head that Earth Angel's father is related to the Pies because of his wild fluffy hair. SO MAYBE THEY ARE COUSINS

Those are some sexy, sexy outfits. I like how they both flare on over the behind in one way or another, drawing attention to their posteriors like the petals of a flower.
And Spike is sort of Spike. He loves Rarity, but he's no voyeur.

In my mind I feel as if he just walked through the doorway there and came upon these two trying their outfits on. I don't see him as the voyeur type either, but naive enough to totally walk in on ponies and be shocked enough to stop in his tracks, sure!

Don't kwon whether Hearths and Hooves day is reminiscent to Valentine's day enough and how far the show is to ever air something like this... Would make for a memorable episode, though.
