Unfortunately I permanently cropped the original text with all the ads (I now regret it, as some of them were amusing <_<), but I can tell you what all the acronyms mean. Back in the day when personals ads were in the paper, you had to pay for every single letter you put in, or you were limited to only so many words, so acronyms were commonplace. For example, you would often see "SWM" which meant "Single White Male." In my pony version of personals ads I replaced "white" or "black" race with "pegasus," "earth pony," or "unicorn", and I replaced "male" with "stallion". So instead of putting "SWM" I put "SUS" for "Single Unicorn Stallion". Some of the other acronyms I kept the same, such as LTR, NSA, and ISO.

ISO: In Search Of
SUM: Single Unicorn Mare
LTR: Long Term Relationship
SUS: Single Unicorn Stallion
SES: Single Earth Pony Stallion

You'll know when enough is enough. I knew that I was done when I went on a date and my date literally didn't speak an entire word to me for 40 minutes. Was it because he was too shy? My worst date was with a guy I am convinced will some day be a mass murderer. Β He told me that all the guys in the news doing school shootings were stupid amateurs, and was bragging about if he were the shooter, he could 'up the kill count' using various methods, which he spoke about very enthusiastically. Β He also thought that the 9/11 attacks were really cool and exciting (he thought it was like living inside a video game or something) and said that he had pedophiliac urges, and that any guy who said they didn't are just lying. Β
I'm just waiting for the day I see him appear in the evening news.Β

And that was just the tip of the iceberg with him! He was such a perv (asked me outright if I would try kinky things in bed with him) and he had a huge disconnect from reality because he did nothing but play video games. A real winner.Β

The dates just get more and more ridiculous with each panel. Rarity is thrown in there for the same reason that the alicorn and the baby pony is thrown in there. It's not supposed to make sense, just be dumb. You feel bugged? That's how Earth Angel feels too. Dating is horrible. Though Earth Angel has a total mare crush on Rarity, Rarity would not be interested in Earthy at all because she is a dirty hippie with no fashion sense and probably smells like dirt.
