Pikachu with a paint brush and an anime vein...
I fail at drawing paint brushes, I will probably edit it and upload a happy pikachu version and a no paint brush version...maybe even a happy pikachu with no paintbrush version

This base was inspired by a picture ~pikavee001 ( [link] ) did using my Eevee jump base :thumb255985622: and so I did this one of an Annoyed Pikachu who was interupted from painting by Eevee, hope you like it
