Actually the tile is correct. This is either an ATR 42 or an ATR 72 and both variants use Pratt & Whitney turboprop engines. A turboprop is a type of jet engine that uses its thrust to spin a propeller.

I know what you are saying but calling that "propelled jet" is rather vague. Yes turboprop is a type of a jet engine but if you just hear "jet" that would rather indicate turbojet engine not a propeller with a turbojet engine attached to it. Just me. I understand that your opinion is different and you interpret the title differently.
Anyway... Sorry ShadowWolfclaw I should be more understanding
