Once you arrived back at the castle, you were taken from Malik’s saddle and carried down hallways and stairwells. You knew that Maria was being carried ahead of you because you could hear her protests punctuated with some very unladylike swear words. Your heart leaped into your throat when you heard the sound of metal grating against metal and hinges squeaking when a door was opened. Your fears were confirmed when you were carried through barred doors, leading down into darkness and you started to struggle. You felt a hand slap you on your backside but that did not stop you from putting up a fight as you started to panic. You started screaming, “Noooo! I cannot die down here! I will not! I will not!”
You were taken into a cell and laid down on the floor on your back. The Assassin who carried you spoke to another man in Assassin’s robes about bringing something to sedate you. The other man disappeared. The Assassin knelt down beside you and regarded you with blue eyes.
He said, “Stop fighting!”
You shouted, “No!”
He raised his brows and the corners of his mouth curled upwards. He said, “Defiant, are you?”
He reached for the chains secured to the floor and began to untangle them. When he secured the first shackle around your neck, you screamed, “No….Malik….please…help me…make them stop…I did not take anything!” You flinched when you felt a hand stroking your hair and you noticed that the Assassin binding you was now searching your face. You said, “I hate you…I hate you! Take this off…take this off now!” You heard the cell door open and saw him look over at the other Assassin. He waved him over and said, “Open the bottle…I will hold her mouth.” You snapped your mouth shut as he grabbed hold of your jaw. “What is the matter, little bird? Suddenly, nothing more to say?” A new struggle ensued as the two of them tried to open your mouth and force the neck of the bottle between your lips. You felt your mouth pried opened and the bottle forced halfway inside. It was a good thing that the bottle was not made of glass because it might have shattered when you bit down on it. You felt yourself almost gagging as the unknown contents flowed down your throat. You were coughing when the bottle was removed from your mouth and you started to feel like you were floating. Warmth started to spread throughout your body and you felt like you could give little resistance when your wrists and ankles were untied and then shackled. You heard one of them say, “give that a little time and she will be willing to say and do anything…” Someone laughed and you heard the cell door close.
You lost all sense of the proper flow of time. All you knew was that you were still very much under the influence of what they gave you and you had to stop yourself from running your hands over your own body. You rolled over on your stomach and let out the kind of moan that you remembered making when Malik and you made love. Your cheeks blushed red and you wondered why in the world you would be feeling like that at a time like this. Also, you noted that you had become rather prone to giggle. The urge to laugh died though when you heard the door to your cell open and saw Abbas step inside and close the door behind him. You tried to stand up only to find that your chains were not long enough to allow for that. You found yourself on your hands and knees in the straw that covered the cell floor. Abbas crossed his arms and said, “(Your name), it really grieves me to see you this way.” He gestured towards your restraints and smiled, “In chains…”
You said, “what did they give me?”
Abbas said, “Just a little something to help you relax and enjoy yourself.”
You said, “what do you mean by enjoy myself? I am chained up in a cell!”
Abbas tried to sound contrite when he said, “Now, (your name), you know that our Mentor found his codex pages in your bag. You have been found out to be a spy.”
You said, “I am not a spy!”
Abbas came and knelt near you. He slid his fingers through the hair at the nape of your neck before grabbing a handful. You cried out and he smiled. Abbas leaned forward and smelled your hair before speaking into your ear, “(your name), I am hoping that draught will aid in your…cooperation.”
You said, “cooperation with what?!”
Abbas said, “If you were…say…willing to give me something that I wanted, then I could speak on your behalf to Altair…have you spared from execution and imprisoned in paradise instead.”
You said, “and if I were not so willing…”
Abbas said, “torture may be necessary to gain a confession and I am sure that you know what women must endure as part of said torture.”
You sobbed and tried to struggle.
Abbas said, “shhhh….shhh….shhh…do not struggle. I will not harm you unless you force me to do so.”
You started to tremble as you felt Abbas’ breath on your neck and heard him say, “you smell so good…little Jewess.” Despite the drug, you continued to cry when you felt Abbas’s lips kissing a trail down your neck. When he laid you back on the hay, he said, ‘you are so beautiful…I have wanted you since the day Malik brought you to Masyaf…wanted you, wanting me inside you.”
You shook your head and said, “No, Abbas…please!”
Abbas brushed his lips against yours and said, “shhh…the aphrodisiac will help you want this…”
You said, “I do not want this, Abbas…I do not…please mmfff!”
Abbas did not allow you to finish. He closed his mouth down over yours and muffled any protests. You felt a tug on the chain around your neck as Abbas gripped it and ran his hand down part of its length. He released it in order to start undoing your belt. He took out a sash and used it to gag you. Because of the drug, no matter how much you tried to fight it, you found it hard to resist what you were feeling building up inside you as his hands moved underneath your clothes and across your skin. You tried to scream out as loud as you could, straining to be heard past the gag. You heard Abbas say, “You will be mine, (your name).” Abbas grabbed the front of your tunic and tore it down the front. He unsheathed a knife and slid the blade between the fabric of your breast band and skin, cutting away the strands of fabric. Abbas pulled your breeches down and then took the time to look your body over. Abbas said, “As beautiful as I remember it the day that I saw you in paradise.” Abbas undid the front of his own breeches before lowering himself between your legs and covering the rest of your body with his, holding you down with his weight. You could not stop crying as you felt his fingers probe you and you arched your neck in response, gasping against the gag in your mouth.
Somewhere in the distance, you heard a door slam open followed by the sound of outraged voices and footsteps approaching your cell. Abbas withdrew his hand and got off of you. He was still doing up the front of his breeches when both Altair and Malik stormed into the cell. It only took Altair a moment to both avert his eyes and grab Malik in order to hold him off of Abbas. Malik was yelling a plethora of Aramaic obscenities at Abbas and threatening to do something that would have long lasting affect on Abbas’s ability to create progeny. Altair yelled at two Assassins out in the hall to seize Abbas and haul him off to a cell. After Abbas was taken from the cell, Malik struggled to get his coat off. Malik did his best to cover you and undid the gag around your mouth. While Altair instructed someone to bring him the key to your chains, you sat up and surprised Malik by wrapping your arms around his legs, burying your face against them and begging for Malik to give you release.
Malik said, “Altair, Abbas gave (your name) something…I do not think that it was just an aphrodisiac either. I want to know what he gave her.”
Altair accepted the keys and tossed them to Malik before saying, “We will convince Abbas to tell us what it was. I smell a rat. I am going to leave you two alone.”
Altair stepped out of the cell and gave instructions to an Assassin in the hallway to find new clothes for you and bring them to your cell. It was a challenge for Malik to unlock the chains placed on your ankles, wrists and neck while keeping you off of him at the same time. Malik almost dropped the key more than once. In the end, he sat holding you tight around the waist and against his chest saying, “I will not take you right now, (your name). Not when you are drugged like this.”
You responded by arching your back and letting out a little moan.
Malik said, “stop doing that.”
You said, “I want you.”
Malik released a sharp intake of breath.
Malik was ready to praise Allah and thank him for small miracles by the time another Assassin arrived back at the cell with fresh clothing. Trying to persuade you to put the clothing on became another daunting task for Malik. You became defiant, claiming you did not want to put clothes on, that you wanted to make love to Malik instead. Malik said, “Now I know that is the drug speaking…you would never want to make love where others could watch. Do you remember where you are? You are down in the cells where the guards can see you!”
You said, “Then take me back to our room upstairs!”
Malik clenched his jaw then said, “I will not. You are down here because you are suspected of…”
You said, “I do not care what I am suspected of, Malik…I did not do it, I love you…and I want you to love me!”
Malik swore under his breath and pried your arms off from around his waist. Through gritted teeth he said, “I would be taking advantage of you if I did that when you were drugged…it would be no different than raping you, (your name).”
Malik moved to shield the view of your naked body from the hallway and took one of your wandering hands and shoved it between your own legs. You said, “Malik, that is a sin! I will be struck down!” Malik’s voice was husky when he said, “that is not the truth, (your name). Everything is permitted. If you want release then you must do it yourself.” You laid back in the hay and used Malik’s coat as a covering while you sought satisfaction by your own hand. Malik looked like he might be enduring some kind of torture as he watched you and listened to the little sounds you made.
Malik’s attention was drawn to the door when Altair entered and then turned right back around and left the cell. From outside the cell, you could hear Altair clear his throat and say, “Malik, why is (your name) still unclothed?”
Malik stepped out into the hallway and said, “I have been having some trouble getting (your name) back into her clothes.”
Altair said, “that concoction that was forced down her throat was more aphrodisiac than sedative. I can see why you might be having some trouble. We may just need to wait until it is out of her system.”
Malik said, “I do not want to leave her down here, Altair.”
Altair said, “That cannot be helped. Abbas is in a cell of his own now. There is not much else we can do right now when we did not actually see him do anything. When (your name) comes to her senses we can ask her what happened here.”
Malik cursed in Aramaic and struck the wall. Both Malik and Altair headed down the hallway away from your cell. After awhile, Malik returned with a stool and sat down on it just outside the door of your cell. You wrapped your arms around his shoulders through the bars and rested your head against his back and the bars. When you sighed, Malik reached up and covered your hands with his hand.
Later, you were taken out of the cells and escorted to the library with Malik in tow. When you reached the library, Altair told Malik that Malik needed to leave. Malik did not look pleased but he left anyway. You were left standing in front of the Mentor’s desk and Altair regarded you from across it. Altair said, “(Your name), I am sure that you know why you are being interrogated as a prisoner…”
You started to say something but Altair gestured for you to remain silent. Altair crossed his arms and said, “Do not withhold information from me and be honest. If you choose not to give me satisfactory answers to my questions, then I will choose to…persuade you to do so. Do we have an understanding (your name)?”
You nodded.
Altair said, “I will start by asking you what you remember about what happened to you down in the cells.”
Your cheeks felt like they were burning and you had a hard time looking at Altair but did your best. You said, “The Assassin who took me to my cell told another Assassin to go get something to sedate me, then he chained me to the floor. When the other Assassin came back, both of them forced the bottle into my mouth and made me drink it. I started to feel…” You dropped your eyes.
Altair said, “go on…and look at me when you speak.”
You met Altair’s gaze and said, “I started to feel…drowsy and…” you cleared your throat and wet your lips, “aroused.” You realized that your gaze had moved to your hands and you looked back up at Altair. You saw him clench his jaw but he said nothing so you continued. “One of the brothers said something about giving the draught some time to work and that it would make me want to say or do anything…they thought it was funny…they were laughing when they left.”
Altair said, “how did Abbas come to be in your cell?”
You said, “He just came to my cell. He said he was suppose to interrogate me because I had been discovered to be a spy.”
Altair said, “What happened next?”
You said, “Abbas said that if I gave him something that he wanted that he would speak to you on my behalf so that I would not be executed but…placed in Paradise instead.”
Altair said, “Did you ever try to seduce Abbas?”
Your eyes widened and you said, “No! Abbas told me that if I did not give him what he wanted then he would…torture me for a confession. He implied that he would force me by telling me that I knew what women had to endure as part of torture.”
Altair’s face was crimson and bordering on purple. “You never told either of these brothers you say drugged you that you were ready to confess what you had done to Abbas?”
You said, “absolutely not!”
Altair said, “What did Abbas do to you?”
You started to shake with sobs and you could not stop crying. Until now, it really had not hit you how much Abbas nearly raping you had affected you. Altair dropped his arms and cursed under his breath. He came around to your side of the desk and surprised you when he pulled you to him and wrapped his arms around you. Altair sighed and said, “I am sorry that I must ask you this…I need you to tell me what happened in that cell if you can.”
You choked and then said, “Abbas reached up under my clothing and fondled me.”
Altair said, “what else?”
You said, “He tore my clothes and undid his breeches… he pinned me down and…stuck his… fingers…inside…me. He pulled away from me and started fixing his breeches when he heard Malik and you coming.”
Altair rubbed your back and then cupped your face in his hands. Altair said, “I will not ask you about this again. I do need to ask you about the evening that Maria and you left Masyaf. Did you go into my quarters?”
You shook your head and said, “No, Altair. I did not.”
Altair searched your face and then asked, “Did you see Maria go into my room and leave with anything that night?”
You gulped and said, “No, Altair.”
Altair stepped away from you and returned to the other side of the desk. He said, “tell me what happened the night that Maria and you left…tell me every detail…no matter how small…from the beginning.”
You told Altair every thing that you could recall about the night that Maria and you took your siblings and left Masyaf. Throughout the telling, Altair would ask certain questions as though seeking clarification. You started to feel confused when Altair asked you to tell him again about the night that Maria and you left. Again, he repeated the same questions that he had asked you the first time. You became flustered when he asked for you to relate the same account to him again. Finally, you got angry enough to snap at him, “Why are you asking me to tell you the same thing over and over again, Altair? My story will not change. I am not a spy for the Templar or anyone else!”
Altair regarded you from across the desk. He said, “each time someone gives an account, they include details that were left out of other tellings. Details that can be vital for me figuring out what happened that night. I told you that we would get to the bottom of whatever happened that led to my codex pages winding up in your bag and the Apple winding up in Maria’s bag. You were given a choice when we first began to either answer my questions to my satisfaction or be persuaded to do so. Have you now decided that you need persuasion?”
You crossed your arms and said, “No. I just think that I have answered the same questions over and over again enough times.”
Altair said, “Since I am the one who needs to protect the Brotherhood from being compromised, it will be me who decides whether you have answered my questions enough times or not.”
Altair stood there waiting for you to answer his question. When you seemed unwilling to give Altair any response, he called another Assassin into the library. He said, “Load up some mules with enough provisions to take a few of our Brothers and the Children to Alamut.”
You looked at them both and said, “What? Wait…no! Altair do not do this!”
Altair was quick to move and grab your arm as you made towards the Brother departing out the door. Altair pulled you back towards his desk and held both of your arms in his grip. You could feel the top of his desk right behind you. Altair said, “(Your name), if I cannot get what I need in order to keep your head off the chopping block, then I will not leave your siblings here in Masyaf to watch your execution.” Your blood ran cold. You said, “Altair…I do not know what I can tell you. Please! Do not do this!” You broke down into tears again and said, “This is cruel!” You started to struggle against Altair’s grip. Altair did not tighten his grip but his grip did remain firm and you could not free yourself. Altair said, “(your name), all you have to do is answer my questions. Tell me what happened the night that you and Maria left Masyaf.” You repeated your story over and over again as often as Altair asked to hear it. Even after you were tired enough to drop and you felt it difficult to hold up your head due to a need for sleep you tried to continue. Finally, Altair told you to stop. Altair had you escorted to a room other than Malik’s. Two Assassins of Altair’s choosing were placed as guards on the outside of your room. You curled up into a ball on the pallet and tried to go to sleep, missing Malik’s warmth at your back and fearful that you might not ever see your siblings again.

What? What did I do? *evil grin* You know I don't write happily ever after fan service for fan girls. I've written World of Darkness storytelling roleplay for too long to just write warm and fuzzy snugly feel good stuff. I really am quite corrupted I am afraid. Everything is permitted, so I started writing here. I write good stories because I am a writer who is good at writing, not a good person. *wink* You got Abbas back....
