I'll try to reduce it later on. I think in total there are 50+ colours. But each indivual tile is kept under 16 I think. Except maybe the tree, but I'm not sure.

Then practice more! For example, judging from your samurai, you already have a far better understanding of anatomy then I do. Which is a big plus. It's not like I was any good when I started
