I TOLD YOU GUYS. KIRBY EVERYWHERE…

For noobs who don’t know, in kirby64, you can mix copy abilities. This particular one is fire+fire. Not my favorite to use in the levels(which is probably fireworks, beartrap, or drill), but definitely the most beautiful. Even wit the n64’s crappy graphics, I loved the way this looked. (not hating on the N64. it’s the best game system of all time, imo. It’s just that 3D graphics DO NOT age well. )

first of all, fullview please. this image grew uncontrollably to over 4 times its original size, and the minimized version just doesn't look as good...

I had kind of been wanting to do some element for awhile, and this gave me the perfect excuse to spam the crap out of the fire palette. Palettes are fun! Layering is not. But it was worth it. Also, BRUSHES! YEEE! These brushes were not intended for fire….but doing it wrong is awesome, as long as you’re doing it wrong correctly.(which think I did a pretty good job of.) at first, I loved this….then it just started looking…”meh”. Then I spammed brushes and rotation and overdid the effects and sparkles. I like it again. I’m just not sure where I was trying to go with the fire. It…doesn’t even look like that attack any more… But at least it’s pretty, right? Eh. Hopefully I’ll do better on the next one… (inb4monsterfire. Maybe.)
