Time to be an everyday hero, Max !(This is the very first time I slightly photoshopped the shape of my face - I usually only edit the colors, shadows and basic skin stuff, I hate to go to wild with "photoshop surgery". Just wanted to be honest about that.)

How did you focus just your body and blur everything else out??

If you've a DSLR camera you just have to play with the aperture (Here's a picture I found on the internet that makes it easier to understand - 1.bp.blogspot.com/-_oKA138SI4w… )
I also edited it a bit with Photoshop, simply using different layers, with low opacity and the eraser tool
